Judy Garland performs at Carnegie Hall – The Joint Is Jumpin’

There certainly are a lot of famous individuals today. We see them at the movies, singing in concert or perhaps playing on the sports field but one thing that they have in common is the fact that they know how to perform and they do it well. That isn’t something that is only limited to today, because there also many famous people from years ago who still captivate audiences, long after they’re gone.

That is the case with Judy Garland, and although she has been gone for almost 50 years, she continues to thrill audiences who see her down to this day. She has one of the timeless voices that is so beautiful, it sends chills down your spine when you hear it. Although we will not have the opportunity of seeing her perform live, we can still enjoy performances from years gone by.

One performance that certainly is not fading away is when she appeared at Carnegie Hall. It was 1943, and she performed The Joint Is Really Jumpin’ and it absolutely thrilled everyone who was in attendance. When you see it today, you will be thrilled as well.
