Wounded Vet Is Confined To A Wheelchair So He Uses It To Plow His Neighbour’s Driveways

Justin Anderson is a man who has been through a lot in his life and now, he is interested in giving back is much as he possibly can to his community, because they helped him so much. He is an Iraq war veteran who suffered injuries that led to one of his legs being amputated. Aside from the fact that he was injured while in the military, he has also been fighting with brain cancer, and it has been quite a struggle.

Although Justin has been through a number of difficulties, he still feels very thankful to his community. That is why, when he was outfitted with an off-road wheelchair through the Independence Fund, he found out a way to pay it back and he did so in a most unique way.

Rather than just sitting around feeling sorry for himself, he had the chair outfitted with a snowplow that includes an adjustable tilt. Now, every time it snows, he can be seen plowing the roads and sidewalks so children can avoid slipping. It is absolutely amazing and it really gives us incentive to get out there and get some work done, even when we don’t feel like it.
