There have been many instances of conjoined twins but it is still a very rare condition. As a matter of fact, it only takes place once out of every 200,000 live births and, in many cases, the situation surrounding the birth can be quite troublesome. As a matter of fact, when these girls were born, they were quickly swept away for surgery and they were even given less than a 25% chance of survival.
