37-year-old Rachael Farrokh who lives in San Clemente, California, was once a lively, healthy 125-pound actress. Now, because of her battle with Anorexia, she is bedridden and can not move without the help of her husband.
Farrokh’s husband, Rob Edmondson told ABC News:
“She was a very active individual growing up. She was valedictorian, graduated Summa Cum Laude. She’s a perfectionist.”
She is now at one third of her normal weight, but willing and ready to get better, even though it may be too late. Because her weight is lower than what is required by many facilities, it’s extremely difficult for Rachael to find a treatment centers that would be willing to help her.
