There are many memorable scenes from the Wizard of Oz but none quite as memorable as Dorothy (Judy Garland) singing Over the Rainbow. Although we may have seen her performing the song in the movie dozens of times, it is rare to see a video of her singing it live. This is one of those rare videos, and it shows her singing the song during her 1955 Judy Garland Special.
