There are times when the most enjoyable day may turn disastrous, and you truly never know when it is going to occur. For this family, it happened when Annabelle, a young girl, and her sisters were climbing a tree. The tree had rotted and was hollow on the inside and young Annabelle fell 30 feet down into the hollow tree. They knew she was alive because she lifted up her arms but they didn’t know how to get her out.
It took volunteer firefighters 4 hours to get her out of the tree. It was far too dangerous to cut into the tree, because it was so rotten and could of caved in on the little girl. After she regained consciousness, they were able to get a harness on her and lift her out of the tree without any physical problems whatsoever.
According to young Annabelle, she saw Jesus while she was inside of the tree and when she was in the hospital, she no longer had stomach problems that she had suffered with for the majority of her life. This story has now been told in a motion picture, Miracles from Heaven. Regardless of what you believe, we are thankful that this young girl survived such an ordeal.
