Personally, I believe that getting fit is probably 20 percent in the gym and 80 percent in the mind, and here is why. You might spend 2 hours a day in the gym if you are super dedicated, which leaves 22 hours a day outside of that gym.
If you don’t eat properly, sleep properly and do the other things that go with the exercise you won’t achieve your goals. And a lot of the other part requires a strong mental attitude, which is nothing to do with your physical fitness at all. You need to actually go to the gym, and not take an easy day, you need to plan your diet, you need to be intentional. And let’s face it, it’s tough if it was easy everyone would be doing it.
So in an effort to motivate her students, and potentially everyone else, 24-year-old April Storey a fitness coach from Redding California came up with an innovative new plan. She substituted red wine for weights and even threw in a cheeky drink here and there. Whilst that might not be totally recommended, provided it encourages people to go to the gym and is in very small moderation, it’s all good. Watch the video below and see how motivated you feel, it could be exactly what you have been waiting for.
