Tasmanian Devil Baby Loves His Keeper And Follows Him Everywhere

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of the Tasmanian devil? Most of us have had our image of that animal altered because of the cartoon character, but there is actually much more to this lovable animal then the Looney Tunes Tasmanian devil. In fact, they are actually much cuter than the cartoon.

Tasmanian devils are native to Tasmania, the Australian island state. They are marsupials and they don’t get to be very large. In fact, they are only the size of a small to medium dog when they are fully mature. When you see the Tasmanian devil in this video, keep in mind that he is very young and he still fits in the palm of his keeper’s hand.

This little Joey was so enamored with his keeper that he would not stop following him around. As you can see, they are not only a wild animal, they can also be a very lovable animal as well. Unfortunately, they are declining but it is hoped that videos, such as this one, help to keep their numbers up.
