Surgeons Perform A Parody In The Operating Room

When we think about surgeons in the operating room, we usually think about some serious business taking place. Surgery is rarely ever a laughing matter, but this American medical parody group is changing the perception that many people have of the doctors who treat them. In fact, once you see this parody performed in the operating room, it may begin changing your mind as well.

This group performs for a number of medical conferences in different countries and it is composed of 4 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). They got their start back in the early 1990s when they were performing for a school for Anastasia at a Christmas party. Since that time, they have gone through a number of members and they continue to be a rather popular choice for medical conferences and parties where they are available.

In this music parody video, they are performing the song “Waking up Is Hard to Do.” You will be familiar with the tune, as it is from the song “Making up Is Hard to Do.” In any case, it’s quite funny to see these doctors perform in a setting that usually reserved for some very serious business.
