One of the things that I can remember from my childhood is skipping rope. It seems as if I was doing it every day, and I had friends who would jump right along with me. We did it for fun, and we also had some light competition between each other to see how long we could skip rope without making a mistake or how fast we could go. That was nothing, however, compared to what these girls were doing.
This video takes place at the rope skipping competition in 2016. It occurs in Sweden and the people that take part in this competition are not only the best of the best, they are absolutely impressive in what they are able to do. I have to admit, I didn’t even know that such a competition existed but now that I have seen what they can do, it shows me that there are people operating on an entirely different level.
Jumping rope is not only a lot of fun, it is also great exercise as well. Just look at some of the competitors and you will see that none of them are out of shape.
