A 55-Year-Old Woman With Asthma Sings An Incredible Edith Piaf Cover

There is something that everyone has in common, although most people may not consider it very often. Regardless of who we are, where we live or our station in life, we will have dreams. Those dreams may come in the form of goals that are obtainable or they may be something that is out of our reach at this time. In either case, it is something that we aspire to and we may dwell on it quite frequently.

For this 55-year-old Korean woman, Han Bok Hee, her dream was about to become a reality. She auditioned on a popular talent show on TV and she did so while singing an Edith Piaf classic. What is amazing about this woman is not the fact that she could sing, which she did wonderfully, it’s that she has asthma.

Most of us understand that asthma is something that can be life-changing and, at times, even fatal. It restricts our ability to breathe and causes symptoms, such as wheezing, shortness of breath and coughing. This woman found something special about her singing, however, and that’s the fact that it helps to heal her asthma and it does so in the most wonderful way.
