There is an old saying that imitation is the highest form of flattery and it seems as if animals are being flattered quite a bit on this episode of Ellen. In fact, you might even say that the man doing the impersonations is actually quite good at it, so perhaps it is a form of flattery after all. In any case, it is something that is sure to make you smile from one ear to the other.
Eddie Redmayne was on the chat show to talk about his new film, “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.” Alan plays a round of heads up, based on animals, and Eddie does a perfect job in his impersonations. It is a game similar to charades, and Eddie has to act out being animals using a number of gestures and sounds. Ellen had no idea what she was going to pick before she picked it.
He started out as a snorting elephant and then became a seal. Regardless of what animal he does, however, it is perfectly funny and rather amazing how he can switch species so easily.
