It doesn’t matter what type of animal you are speaking of, they are able to do something amazing. Although many of us might instantly think about dogs or cats, birds are amazing in their own way as well. That is especially true with parrots, who have a rather unique ability to imitate human speech. At times, they can do so to the point where we might have a difficulty deciphering who was actually speaking!
Parrots will imitate the noises that they hear, so sometimes it may be necessary for you to curtail your speech when you are around them. For this family, something most unusual happened when they brought a newborn baby home. Apparently, the baby had colic and was crying constantly and the bird was able to pick up on it and imitated the crying perfectly!
This may be cute for now, but consider the implications of what will happen in the future. The baby is going to grow up and eventually, outgrow the cry of the newborn. The parrot, on the other hand, is going to continue to make this noise for as long as he is around.
