We live at a time when tiny homes seem to be fairly popular but you may never have seen a home that is quite like this. It is 6.2 feet at its smallest with and at its largest, it is 10.4 feet wide! It is also 30 feet long. The house is so small and strange that the person who lives there often hears people arguing outside about the home! Wives claim it is a real house and the husband will argue it’s an annex.
Spencer Welton and Jennifer Simonc are the husband and wife who have lived there for years. They are not the ones who built it, however, and legend points to the possibility that it could be a house that was built for revenge. The urban legend is that two brothers inherited the land from their father. One went off to fight in the war and the other one stayed home.
When the soldier returned home, his brother had taken the majority of the land as his share of the inheritance. His brother built his house on the skinny piece remaining to block the sunlight and his view. Is it true? We don’t know. But we do know the home is awesome.
