When Clifford Boysen was only 3 years old, his sister, Betty Billadeau, was removed from the home and they were put into separate foster homes. Betty was only 5 years old at the time. Throughout his life, Clifford would continue to try to find his big sister and, although he sent one letter after another, they were all returned to him with no forwarding address.
Clifford does not have a family and he was heartbroken over what might’ve happened to his big sister. Finally, a 7-year-old boy named Eddie saw how badly Clifford was hurting and decided he would help him. Eddie enjoyed using his parents iPad and when he found out that Clifford needed help, he continuously searched Facebook for Betty. Finally, he was able to find her and it sparked a touching reunion that you just have to see to believe.
It is amazing how technology has brought many of us closer together in a number of ways. When a 7-year-old boy is able to accomplish something that a man was unable to accomplished his entire life, it really opens our eyes to what modern technology brings to the table.
