Would you describe yourself as beautiful? Dove has started the #ChooseBeautiful campaign to prove that beauty is a choice: they gave women in London, Delhi, San Francisco, Shanghai and Sao Paulo a choice of two doors: “Beautiful” and “Average.” When women decided to use the “Beautiful” door, they felt proud: “It was like telling the world ‘I think I’m beautiful.’”
But most of them used the “Average” door: “Beautiful to me, it’s too far away out of reach,” one woman said.
