What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of a shopping mall? More than likely, you think of crowds and stores but, for the oldest shopping mall in America, you would need to add homes into the mix. Although it may seem strange, once you see the inside of some of the homes at the mall, you may just need to rethink it.
The apartments in this old mall were built into some abandoned shops, and they may be a little tiny but it is quite awesome. The kitchen is an efficiency, so it doesn’t have a stove but they do have a microwave and most people can get by with a toaster over. It really has to do with making the small space work, and it seems that people have done so quite nicely.
These little apartments are affordable and they are in a secure location. Best yet, you can just open the door and step out into the mall to get a cup of coffee or browse the shops. The only other thing I need to know is, when can I move in?
