When you think about late night television, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? For those of us who can remember the golden age of late night television, the Johnny Carson show was at the top of the list. If you never had the chance to see it, you owe it to yourself to watch this video.
On this video clip, Johnny Carson was speaking with Frank Sinatra and suddenly, Don Rickles came on the set. It seems as if nobody saw him coming, but when he got there, he immediately starts in on Sinatra, saying some totally off the wall things and having him laughing from the word go. Of course, we recognise that these men are giants when it comes to television but seeing them all together and doing what they do best is just amazing.
It’s difficult to think that these men are now gone, but they left a legacy that we will not soon forget. It isn’t only the comedy, or the singing that stands out, it is these awesome videos that just makes us love them even more.
