There is an old expression that “Great things come from small beginnings,” and that is certainly what these people were able to experience. It started with a single man, playing an instrument and seated among an unsuspecting crowd at the Smithsonian. Before you know it, there is an entire orchestra that has joined in and the sound is absolutely beautiful.
This flash mob is something that took everyone by surprise, but it did so in the best way imaginable. In fact, flash mobs are becoming more and more common, and many amateur groups get together to plan one out for months before the put on the performance. In this case, however, it was put on by the Air Force Band, and the performers, both on instrument and singing, are able to put together something that will truly stand out in the minds of those who were fortunate enough to see it.
Flash mobs are popping up everywhere. Sometimes they are there for a special event, such as this performance, which was for Christmas. At other times, they are more random. In either case, however, they are special to see.
